Job summary

TrinityProperties in Dubai seeks a high-impact leader to head the leasing and resale division. You will recruit, train, and mentor a team of real estate consultants, build landlord relationships, expand premium listings, and drive monthly revenue against ambitious targets.

You will lead with a proactive mindset, own performance, and leverage marketing support, property portal access, and business leads to scale growth while delivering exceptional client service and market growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Dubai's rental and secondary resale market.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to recruit, train, and motivate real estate consultants.
• Track record of generating listings, achieving targets, and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the leasing and resale division, grow the team, develop landlord relationships, increase quality property listings, and drive monthly revenue and transaction targets.
