Job Scope:
Manage leasing activities, maximizing rental income, and ensuring the profitability of commercial real estate assets.
Key & Main Tasks:
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants for properties.
- Manage and oversee all rental, sales and leasing operations
- Negotiate lease agreements, renewal terms, and rental rates with prospective and existing tenants
- Manage tenant relations and ensure tenant satisfaction by ensuring proper handling for any concerns or issues
- Develop and manage budget to ensure proper tracking and reporting on financial performance analyze trends, and make recommendations for improvement
- Monitor budget variances, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement strategies to optimize financial performance and maximize returns on investment
- Oversee procurement activities, ensuring cost-effective sourcing of materials and services
- Collaborate with the concerned parties to develop competitive and accurate bids
- Coordinate with legal and property management entities to address lease disputes, tenant defaults, and eviction proceedings when necessary.
- Implement measures to prevent claims and disputes through effective contract management and communication process
- Communicate regularly with property owners, investors, and management to provide updates on leasing activities, financial performance, and market trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholder
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards jointly with concerned parties.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree , preferable in Business Administration or finance or any related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience with a reputable commercial property management company and managerial positions.
- Proven track record of success in leasing and managing commercial properties with considered clients
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, using MS office or specialized real estate software.
