A leading company in the luxury sector is seeking a Real Estate Manager for the MEIA region. This role involves overseeing the leasing process, managing relationships with landlords, and conducting market research to support business growth. They will play a key role in enhancing the company’s retail presence across the region.
Job Summary:
As the Real Estate Manager for MEIA region, you will lead the leasing process, ensuring optimal retail presence and aligning real estate strategies with business objectives. Your expertise in retail leasing and strong relationship-building skills will drive successful negotiations, enhance Richemont's footprint, and support the growth of our luxury Maisons.

- 5+ years of experience in retail leasing, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Strong knowledge of retail leasing principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Track record of successfully negotiating leases and achieving business objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Professional certifications, such as ICSC or CCIM, are an asset.
- Fluency in English, with additional languages (e.g., French, Arabic) being advantageous
