This role involves developing and executing leasing strategies, managing tenant relations, negotiating lease agreements, and driving occupancy rates. The ideal candidate will possess strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and a proven track record in commercial and retail leasing within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify prospective tenants and build strong pipelines through networking, broker relationships, and market outreach.
• Manage the end-to-end leasing process including tenant sourcing, property tours, lease negotiations, and handovers.
• Develop and implement leasing plans to maximize occupancy and rental income for commercial and retail properties.
• Monitor local market trends, rental rates, and competitor properties to inform pricing and positioning strategies.
• Prepare and present regular reports to higher management.

Skills

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in leasing commercial and/or retail spaces in the UAE market, preferably in large malls.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of UAE real estate laws and leasing practices.
• Dynamic sales representative with a proactive approach
• Arabic speakers are preferred
