The Unit Management & Leasing Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the leasing and management functions for our residential units. This position is integral in ensuring that our properties are efficiently managed, fully leased, and maintained to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the leasing process for all residential units, from marketing vacancies to negotiating lease agreements.
• Lead a team of leasing agents, providing direction, support, and training to enhance their performance.
• Ensure that rental units are in excellent condition, coordinating maintenance and repair activities as necessary.
• Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income.
• Maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns and ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends and property performance data to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
• Prepare and present leasing reports and performance metrics to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to promote properties and enhance leasing activities.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the leasing department.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Proven experience in property management and leasing, with a focus on residential properties.
• Strong understanding of current market conditions, property management best practices, and rental trends.
