3. Collaborate with legal and real estate teams to address any legal or contractual issues related to leases.
4. Monitor and control lease terms and conditions, addressing any deviations or issues.
5. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with leases, such as lease expirations, rent increases, or changes in local regulations.
6. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper handling of lease licenses for new deals and renewals.
7. Manage tenancy contracts for new and existing stores.
