Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2-4 years of experience in Leasing or a similar role.
• Strong English communication and customer service skills.
• Good planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Experience with lease renewals, agreements, terminations, and customer coordination.
• Knowledge of Oracle, Yardi, or Salesforce is preferred.
• UAE real estate/leasing experience is an advantage.
