JOB TITLE
Lease Contract Senior Specialist | MAF Properties | Asset Management

ROLE SUMMARY
The position is responsible for providing timely active support to the Asset Management Business Unit Leasing Team in the development and monitoring of Lease Agreement Documents, communication with tenants etc., ensuring that all lease related documents comply with the agreed terms, conditions of the contract and commitment between the company and the client.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Draft and finalize Lease Agreements, Amendments, and Deeds, ensuring accuracy and compliance with agreed terms at lease deal closure. Dispatch documents to clients for review and acceptance.
  • Collect and verify all necessary legal documents from tenants, such as Trade Licenses, Commercial Registrations, Insurance Certificates, and Owner's passport copies to ensure tenant legality.
  • Review and validate lease deal entries in the Data Capture System, based on input from the Leasing Team in Asset Management Business Unit.
  • Confirm tenant acceptance of Lease Agreement terms, ensuring clarity and mutual understanding between the Company and the tenant.
  • Organize payment documents and forward them to clients with the Lease Agreement to secure paymet and agreement acceptance.
  • Manage all correspondences between the Company and tenants, overseeing follow-up actions until the final Lease Agreement is signed.
  • Coordinate with related departments (Leasing, Finance, Legal, Retail Architecture) to provide necessary inputs and receive outputs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all lease deal-related information and agreements, ensuring accessibility for rent collection, renewals, extensions, and potential litigations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law/Business Administration or equilavent.
  • 3-4 years work experience managing Lease Administration and Documentation activities.
  • Experience in Retail/Real Estate is a plus.
  • English Language Fluency is a must.
