As the Learning & Talent Training Lead - Sales & Retail (Emiratisation), you will provide strategic support to the business in the design, development, and delivery of business-critical learning solutions aligned with Group values and the employee experience.

- Lead the development and delivery of learning solutions critical to business needs and strategic priorities in Operational Training (Sales & Retail).
- Ensure compliance with the expectations of the Strategic Business Partners, Learning Experience Standards, and where applicable, Regulatory Compliance and Audit.
- Drive performance within the team by ensuring skills and capabilities continually develop to provide a cutting-edge service to the business.
- Map capabilities and coordinate resources to ensure the right people are matched to the right projects.
- Promote continual development and evolve digital literacy within the teams.
