As the Learning & Talent Training Lead - Sales & Retail (Emiratisation), you will provide strategic support to the business in the design, development, and delivery of business-critical learning solutions aligned with Group values and the employee experience.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the development and delivery of learning solutions critical to business needs and strategic priorities in Operational Training (Sales & Retail).
• Ensure compliance with the expectations of the Strategic Business Partners, Learning Experience Standards, and where applicable, Regulatory Compliance and Audit.
• Drive performance within the team by ensuring skills and capabilities continually develop to provide a cutting-edge service to the business.
• Map capabilities and coordinate resources to ensure the right people are matched to the right projects.
• Promote continual development and evolve digital literacy within the teams.
• Drive a dynamic, results-focused culture that leverages performance data in coordination with L&T Operations Support and Learning Experience Standards and Analytics.
• Work cross-functionally across the Learning and Talent portfolio to deliver mission-driven solutions to the business.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance, friendly, and passionate team environment to ensure the development and retention of critical talent within Emirates.
