Lead the development and delivery of learning solutions critical to business needs and strategic priorities in Operational Training (Airport Passenger Services).
Ensure compliance with the expectations of the Strategic Business Partners, Learning Experience Standards, and where applicable, Regulatory Compliance and Audit.
Drive performance within the team; ensuring skills and capabilities continually develop to provide a cutting-edge service to the business.
Map capabilities and coordinate resources to ensure the right people are matched to the right projects.
Promote continual development and evolve digital literacy within the teams.
Drive a dynamic, results-focused culture that leverages performance data in coordination with Learning & Talent (L&T).
Support Operations and Learning Experience Standards and Analytics.
Work cross-functionally across the Learning and Talent portfolio to deliver mission-driven solutions to the business.
