Job description

We are seeking an innovative and enthusiastic Learning Manager to join our team in Ras AlKhaimah, United Arab Emirates. As a Learning Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our organization's learning and development initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and enhancing employee performance across all levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning programs aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Create and manage a diverse range of learning content including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, and blended learning solutions.
  • Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to ensure training programs meet specific business needs.
  • Manage the learning management system and maintain up-to-date training records.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements based on feedback and data analysis.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendors.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Coach and mentor employees to support their professional growth and career development.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards in training delivery.
  • Manage the training budget and resources effectively.
  • Promote a positive learning culture that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development with at least 2 years in a managerial or senior training role.
  • Proven track record in designing, developing, and delivering impactful training programs.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and ability to develop e-learning content.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze training needs, measure training effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience in managing training budgets and resources effectively.
  • Knowledge of local culture and business practices in the UAE with flexibility to work in a diverse team environment.
