Learning & Development Manager

Driven to create unique home-grown food concepts that bring people together, the Independent Food Company is a UAE-based hospitality company with multiple concepts under it's umbrella SALT, Switch, Parker's, Grind, Somewhere and Public.

Responsibilities

We are looking to hire an L&D Manager based in our Head Office in Dubai, you will spend your time working closely with various stakeholders, driving a continuous culture of learning. Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Conducting Inductions and orientations at Group level
• Maintaining L&D calendars, documentation and reports
• Facilitating workshops at Head Office
• Supporting with group-wide initiatives such as talent reviews, career paths etc.
• Support the creation of content - offline and online
  
  

To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of 4+ years experience in a similar role, ideally with experience creating content for online learning. Alongside a passion for learning, excellent English communication skills are essential.
