A leading hospitality company seeks a Learning & Development professional to enhance staff training and growth. The role involves designing training strategies, collaborating with department heads, and ensuring compliance with industry standards to foster continuous employee development. Successful candidates will have a strong background in hospitality and instructional design, excellent communication skills, and a passion for diversity and inclusion.
Work closely with the Director Talent & Culture to develop and implement training strategies and programs for all levels of staff within the properties.
