Job description

A Learning & Development Leadership Intern is part of the Human Resources Department, supporting Learning & Development through various projects and tasks.

What will I be doing?

During the internship, the Learning & Development Leadership Intern will be exposed to:

• Maintenance of employee training records and learning history
• Updating and maintaining the employee training matrix, ensuring e-learning and classroom trainings are logged and completed within dedicated timeframes
• Scheduling and coordinating training classes, including creating a training calendar
• Developing and communicating training brochures and flyers to notify team members of upcoming classes, tracking employee sign-ups, and preparing materials including certificates of completion
• Inputting and tracking data of various Hilton quality measurement programs on trends, including but not limited to, Guest comment cards, Standards of Product and Performance, into computerized tracking systems
• Attending and contributing to various learning & development programs
• Preparing and distributing reports measuring training results; maintaining inventory of training supplies, stationery, and office equipment
