Learning and Development Coordinator (UAE National)

The Learning and Development Coordinator supports the design, implementation, and delivery of training programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of all employees. This role plays a key part in maintaining training records, coordinating logistics, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

  1. Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and orientation programs.
  2. Assist in the preparation of training materials, presentations, and handouts.
  3. Maintain accurate training records, attendance sheets, and evaluation forms.
  4. Support new hire onboarding and orientation processes.
  5. Communicate training schedules and updates to departments and employees.
  6. Track completion of mandatory trainings and certifications.
  7. Collect and summarize feedback from training sessions to support continuous improvement.
  8. Help identify training needs in collaboration with department heads.
  9. Coordinate external trainers and vendors when needed.
  10. Support employee engagement and development initiatives.
Workplace Conduct and Responsibilities

Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure a professional appearance; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager. Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards. Communicate clearly and professionally; prepare and review documents accurately; answer telephones appropriately. Develop positive working relationships, support team goals, and respond to colleagues' concerns. Adhere to quality standards. Use computers and point-of-sale systems to enter and locate work-related information. Lift and move objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other duties as requested by supervisors.
