Learning Business Partner, Global Operations Learning & Development

Key job responsibilities:

End to end management of core learning solutions in the market ensuring effective implementation and a focus on continuous improvement.
Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to understand their learning needs and work backwards to ensure these are fed to the product teams resulting in targeted solutions driving business impact, informed by insights into learners' goals, challenges, and preferences.
Use data-driven approaches to influence business objectives, utilizing various delivery methods for optimal outcomes.
Analyze business data for actionable insights, communicating findings effectively through reports to contribute to regional business reviews and strategic planning.
Provide coaching and feedback to leaders on leadership development, addressing skills gaps to foster effective management practices.
Support and execute Launch Learning activities for new buildings.
Support with facilitation where required focusing on delivering a high-quality learning experience.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience in stakeholder management within a complex organisational structure.
4+ years of leadership development experience.
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex information, verbally and in writing, concisely and in a manner which drives people to take action.
Demonstrated ability to influence others and execute in a customer-centric manner.
Experience planning and coordinating training, large meetings or events.
Experience with Outlook, MS Excel, Word, and Learning Management Systems.
Ability to handle multiple projects end to end, often with conflicting deadlines.
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
