DBS Emirates Hills Curriculum

Our curriculum is modelled on the National Curriculum for England and adapted to our own international context, leading to a challenging set of GCSE, BTEC and GCE A Level courses from Year 10 to Year 13. We feel the opportunities that students enjoy outside the classroom are just as important as the main curriculum and we offer an extensive and varied Extra-Curricular Activities (ECA) programme.

Recruiting - Learning Assistant

At DBSEH, we are looking to appoint enthusiastic, engaging and committed Outstanding Learning Assistant who have a proven track record of supporting children and teaching staff. Experience of the National Curriculum for England in the UK; with additional experience in an international setting is considered an advantage.

Aside from experience, personality is very important, we look for inspirational support staff who leave a lasting impression on students for years to follow. If you're able to demonstrate outstanding standards of teaching and learning, with a passionate, enthusiastic, creative and dynamic attitude then we want to hear from you!

Education

Professional Requirements

Due KHDA regulations, we can only employ individuals with a minimum of attested High School Education Certificate in English and Maths; a degree is preferred.

CACHE Level 3 qualification is also desirable.

Experience

Experience or aptitude for working with students, previous teaching or teaching assistant experience preferred.
