Our client a commercially-driven, multi business group based in Abu Dhabi is currently searching for an L&D Specialist to consult with management and employees to determine an organisation's training needs. This person will also monitor and test the success of training programs and make adjustments as needed.
The role:
- Keep up with industry trends in training and development and integrate them as appropriate
- Support the department head in the development and implementation of the Training Strategy and associated annual training calendar
- Handle the administrative duties associated with the training program, like scheduling, budgeting, and enrolling employees
- Support the roll-out of L&D courses and learning initiatives
Client requirements:
- In alignment with the client's Emiratisation objectives, this role is exclusively open to UAE Nationals holding a Family Book
- Bachelor's degree in HR, education or business with relevant professional certificates
- Minimum 6-7 years of relevant training and development experience within dynamic entities
- Practical in design and delivery of training programs / Practical in learning methodologies
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Great attention to details and passionate about people's development
