About the Role:

We are supporting a confidential Abu Dhabi-based client to hire a passionate and experienced Learning & Development Specialist. This role will play a key part in driving a high-performing culture through the design, delivery, and evaluation of impactful learning initiatives that align with the organization’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify training and development needs across departments through job analysis, appraisal schemes, and regular consultation with business leaders and HRBPs.
  • Design and deliver learning programs (in-person and virtual) tailored to employee and organizational needs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and modify as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships with external training providers and ensure quality delivery of outsourced learning initiatives.
  • Support the implementation of leadership development programs and talent development strategies.
  • Monitor L&D KPIs and provide regular reports and insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Keep abreast of trends in learning technologies and suggest innovations for continuous learning culture

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree minimum qualification
  • Must be UAEN
  • 3 years minimum in L&D
  • must have experience in design and delivery of L&D programs
