Position: Learning & Development Consultant (Temporary Assignment)
Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to support the design and implementation of key training initiatives for a major community program. This temporary role will be responsible for developing comprehensive learning strategies and ensuring successful program delivery during 2025.
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct needs assessments and develop targeted L&D strategies
Design and implement training curricula and materials
Manage program timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications
Establish evaluation frameworks to measure program effectiveness
Ensure complete knowledge transfer through detailed documentation
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in learning program development
Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field
Proven ability to create both digital and in-person training solutions
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
