As a professional in your role, your responsibilities and essential job functions will include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate and facilitate onboarding, brand, and compliance training programs
  • Organize training logistics, including materials, attendance, and room setup
  • Maintain accurate training records and assist in the use of LMS systems
  • Promote a strong service culture through continuous learning initiatives
  • Support departmental trainers and track training effectiveness
  • Encourage the use of digital learning tools and internal development resources
  • Monitor and ensure timely completion of all mandatory training
  • Identify learning needs and provide necessary support to departments

Ideally, you should possess some or all the following qualifications and experience:

  • Degree in HR, Hospitality, Education, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in L&D or HR, preferably in luxury hospitality
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organization and time management abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and learning platforms
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Passionate about learning, service, and people growth
