Assume responsibility for setting the Learning & Development direction HME to reach the 5 days of learning for all employees each year through the creation and delivery of meaningful learning programmes. The L&D manager will lead the Retail Training Manager to focus on development within the retail community and proactively focus on head office and management development to reinforce this community with aligned training. Collaborate with the HRBP community to identify and support with the development of key talent.
