Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a Learning & Development Manager or similar role, with a focus on remote training and development. Minimum 3 Years of Experience.
Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and best practices for remote learning.
Ability to develop, design, and deliver engaging content using various learning technologies and platforms.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills in a virtual environment.
