Job Description

  • Assess Learning Needs: Collaborate with department heads and managers to assess skill gaps, development needs, and training requirements for employees at all levels.
  • Facilitate Training Sessions: Deliver engaging virtual training sessions and workshops, ensuring content is accessible, interactive, and aligned with company goals.
  • Measure Learning Impact: Use data-driven insights and feedback from employees to continuously improve learning content and delivery methods.
  • Technology Integration: Lead the integration of new learning technologies, platforms, and tools that enhance the remote learning experience.
  • Create Development Paths: Design clear career development pathways for employees, ensuring they have the resources and support to grow within the organization.
  • Support Employee Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to employees, guiding them through training opportunities and helping them achieve professional growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as a Learning & Development Manager or similar role, with a focus on remote training and development. Minimum 3 Years of Experience.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and best practices for remote learning.
  • Ability to develop, design, and deliver engaging content using various learning technologies and platforms.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills in a virtual environment.
