Learning and Development Director

Frazer Jones are delighted to be partnered with one of the world’s fastest growing beauty brands who are looking to appoint a Learning and Development Director for their Dubai office. This role will report to SVP People and Culture of a robust L&D department and framework. Responsibilities include:

1. Designing comprehensive talent development strategies
2. Conducting thorough learning needs analysis
3. Integrating psychometric testing to optimize individual and organizational performance

We are looking for candidates who have:

1. 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing L&D strategies within a fast-paced and evolving organization
2. At least 3 years in a leadership role
3. Experience in psychometric testing, competency frameworks, and adult learning principles

A Master’s degree in organizational development, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
