Job summary

JD Logistics in Dubai seeks a results-driven Continuous Improvement professional to lead Lean initiatives across logistics, warehousing, and transportation. You will map current-state processes, identify efficiency gains, and develop SOPs to sustain improvements.

With a Bachelor's in any discipline and strong English, you will collaborate across functions, monitor KPIs, and drive data-driven decision making in a fast-paced, tech-enabled logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline.
• English proficiency, written and spoken.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, Lean or process improvement.
• Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma or CI methodologies.
• Strong data-analysis skills to interpret operational data.
• Ability to plan and run improvement projects end-to-end.
• Excellent communication and collaboration under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Drive Process Excellence: map current-state workflows and identify efficiency gains.
• Lead Lean Initiatives: spearhead CI projects across logistics functions.
• Establish Operational KPIs: develop and monitor performance indicators.
