Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Leadership Role– Ultra Luxury Segment to lead our high-performance sales and strategy team for ultra-luxury residential offerings. This leadership role is critical in shaping Sobha Realty's continued dominance in the luxury property sector. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in luxury real estate, exceptional client relationship capabilities, and a strategic mindset to drive growth, visibility, and exclusivity of our most prestigious developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies for ultra-luxury projects aligned with Sobha’s brand vision and revenue targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs), family offices, international investors, and top-tier brokers.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of senior sales professionals, relationship managers, and luxury brand ambassadors.
  • Business Development: Identify new market opportunities locally and globally, establish partnerships, and drive exclusive collaborations to enhance brand reach.
  • Brand Positioning: Collaborate with marketing to ensure targeted campaigns resonate with the ultra-luxury audience and reflect the brand’s prestige.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor global luxury trends, competitor developments, and client preferences to provide strategic insights and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Sales Performance: Set and achieve sales targets for ultra-luxury projects while ensuring a bespoke, high-touch client experience at every touchpoint.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a key liaison between internal leadership, design and development teams, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment across all functions.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 5 years in a leadership role focused on ultra-luxury or high-end properties.
  • Clientele Exposure: Proven experience working with UHNW clients and international investors, with a strong personal network in the luxury space.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market and global luxury property trends.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and inspire high-performing teams in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills; multilingual proficiency is a plus.
