Job summary

A leading banking institution in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Leadership Program Manager to oversee and support all leadership development initiatives. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and a strong background in coaching and talent development. This role requires excellent analytical and communication skills to work efficiently with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years in a similar role.
  • Experience in Banking or Financial Institutions.
  • Certified facilitator skills from ATD or CIPD, ICF Coaching preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support ADIB Leadership Development Programs.
  • Coach program delegates and manage development solutions.
  • Deliver internal Supervisory and Leadership programs.

Role : Leadership Program Manager
Location : Abu Dhabi
Role Purpose:
To manage and support all ADIB Leadership Development Programs and Career progression Initiatives.
Key Accountabilities of the role

  • The ability to track and support all ADIB Leadership Development Programs such as Sustainable Leadership Qiyadat Tamkeen and Highflyer programs
  • This includes program planning delivery and post-delivery career progression tracking.
  • Ability to coach and support program delegates through their program delivery and highlight to manage any development solutions to up skill our talent
  • Knowledge and track record in applying The Kirkpatrick Model orfour levels of training evaluation consists of Reaction Learning Behavior and Results.
  • Support and track UAEN development program Ethra and any similarprograms
  • Deliver internal Supervisory and Leadership programs.

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:

  • Educational Background: Typically a bachelors degree business administration or related discipline
  • Facilitators skills: Certified facilitator skills from ATD or CIPD and ICF Coaching would be an advantage.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and suggest improvements.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure thorough testing and accurate reporting.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders such as ADIB Leadership middle managers and external Leadership learning providers
  • At least 5 years or more in a similar role with same skill sets and track record
  • Banking or Financial Institution experience is essential
