Job summary

Zutari is seeking a highly experienced Associate Utilities Infrastructure to join our Dubai office within the Land Infrastructure business unit. You will lead wet utilities design coordination, manage authority approvals and coordinate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated, compliant infrastructure for major UAE projects.

With 15+ years in utilities and a strong UAE background, you will mentor engineers, drive BIM-enabled workflows, and deliver buildable, cost-effective solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Masters degree advantageous).
• Minimum 15 years experience in utilities and infrastructure engineering with UAE/Middle East exposure.
• Proven leadership in multidisciplinary wet utilities projects and authority approvals.
• Strong understanding of UAE authority standards and NOC procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead design coordination and delivery of complex wet utilities systems in the UAE and Middle East.
• Provide technical leadership in planning and design of stormwater, sewerage, potable water, irrigation and related systems.
• Oversee authority submissions, reviews and stakeholder coordination with UAE authorities.
• Mentor engineers and drive digital design delivery and BIM adoption.
