The role demands 15+ years in utilities, deep knowledge of stormwater, water, sewer, and coordination with RTA/DEWA, with BIM and Civil 3D proficiency. Strong leadership and client engagement are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 15+ years of utilities/infrastructure experience in UAE/Middle East preferred.
• Strong leadership and client-facing capabilities required.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, coordination, and delivery of complex wet utilities projects in UAE/Middle East.
• Oversee hydraulic design, modelling outputs, and authority submission packages.
• Coordinate with multiple disciplines (roads, structures, traffic, dry utilities, landscape, architecture).
• Drive BIM-integrated delivery and digital engineering across projects.
• Lead authority engagement and ensure UAE standards compliance.
• Mentor and develop engineers and technicians within the team.
