Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s in fashion merchandising preferred.
• 2–4 years in visual merchandising, retail display, or interior design; supervisory experience desirable.
• Proficiency in MS Office and visual merchandising software; strong design sense.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute in-store visual merchandising displays based on guidelines, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
• Refresh displays to reflect current promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing and buying teams to incorporate product positioning and branding into displays.
• Lead and inspire the visual merchandising team to create high-impact, customer-oriented displays.
• Plan and execute store layouts to optimize customer traffic flow and product visibility.
• Maintain visual standards across all store sections and keep displays cohesive.
• Track success metrics and report on foot traffic and sales impact; adjust as needed.
• Ensure health and safety compliance for all displays.
