Profile

  • UAE National with 5-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Emiratisation
  • Proven success in managing graduate or early-career programmes
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and programme management skills
  • Adept at using the NAFIS portal for sourcing candidates
  • Excellent communication and data reporting capabilities (Excel & PowerPoint proficiency)
  • Previous team management experience is preferred
