Job summary

Parsons Corporation seeks a Senior Tunnel and Underground Structures Engineer in Dubai, UAE to lead the design of metro and railway underground infrastructure projects. You will provide technical leadership for tunnels, underground stations, and associated structures while ensuring design excellence and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of professional experience in tunneling and underground structures.
• At least 5 years of experience on metro or urban rail tunnel projects.
• Proven experience in design of cut-and-cover tunnels, underground stations, diaphragm walls, and deep excavations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for concept and preliminary design of bored tunnels and underground stations.
• Lead development of design solutions considering ground conditions and construction methodologies.
• Prepare and review design assumptions, engineering calculations, and technical reports for underground works.
• Coordinate with geotechnical, structural, civil, architectural, and systems teams.
