Job summary

WorkerEra in the UAE seeks a Project Manager (Transmission Line) to lead the delivery of high-voltage transmission line projects. You will oversee planning, execution, coordination with clients and teams, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion.

The role requires a BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering, proven leadership, and strong project-management skills to coordinate multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience managing transmission line construction projects.
• Strong leadership, project planning, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple project activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of construction practices, engineering standards, and workplace safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of transmission line projects.
• Manage daily construction activities and supervise project teams.
• Track project timelines, budgets, and performance to achieve project goals.
• Ensure compliance with engineering specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Resolve technical, operational, and site-related challenges efficiently.
• Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and management updates.
• Ensure successful project delivery within approved schedules and budgets.
