Job summary

EHIF in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Technical Safety Engineer to provide expertise in Technical Safety matters, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and ADNOC standards. The role involves coordinating design and engineering with EPC Contractors and performing regular technical reviews.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and have a minimum of 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in oil and gas industry.
• Experience and detailed knowledge of relevant international codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in all Technical Safety matters.
• Ensure design compliance with relevant codes and ADNOC standards.
• Coordinate, monitor and handle Technical Safety design with EPC Contractor.
• Perform regular technical reviews of Technical Safety deliverables.
• Interface with Contractor’s Engineering and Project Management team.
