Job summary

Penspen is urgently seeking a Lead Construction Engineer - Construction & Installation (Subsea) for an offshore PMC project in Abu Dhabi. The role requires leading subsea construction and installation activities, coordinating with engineering, marine ops, project management, and client teams to ensure safety, schedule, and cost adherence.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil or related engineering, and 20+ years of experience with 5–8+ years in offshore projects,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil or related Engineering from an accredited university.
Minimum 20+ years of experience, with 5–8+ years in offshore projects.
Proven subsea construction/installation experience and offshore installation campaigns.

Responsibilities

Plan, engineer, coordinate and supervise subsea construction and installation activities offshore.
Ensure installation works are executed safely, on time, and within budget and specs.
Serve as primary technical interface among Subsea Eng, Offshore Construction, Marine Ops, PM, HSE, QA/QC, Survey and vendors.
Lead subsea construction and installation engineering activities.
Coordinate offshore installation campaigns and establish execution strategy.
