Job summary

Ebara Elliott Energy in the United Arab Emirates seeks a proactive Continuous Improvement specialist to lead small improvement projects across manufacturing and service operations. You will facilitate Kaizen events, analyze performance, and implement solutions that enhance safety, quality, delivery, cost, and customer experience.

You will develop standard work, track KPI performance, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure sustainment of gains in shop floor, repair center, or field

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business, Operations, Supply Chain or related field; Lean/Six Sigma emphasis is a plus.
• 3–5 years applying CI / process improvement in manufacturing/service/operational environments; leading small projects/workstreams.
• Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt preferred (or in progress).

Responsibilities

• Lead small improvement projects (A3/PDCA) and facilitate Kaizen events.
• Analyze root causes and implement countermeasures; support pilots and rollouts.
• Develop and update standard work, process documentation, and training materials.
• Track KPI performance and validate benefits with Finance/stakeholders.
• Cross-functional collaboration across manufacturing and service networks.
• Project management fundamentals; data-driven decision making.
