Job summary

Ebara Elliott Energy in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to independently support and lead small improvement projects across manufacturing and service operations. The role focuses on Kaizen events, root-cause analysis, and developing standard work with cross-functional collaboration.

Base location is KEZAD Free Zone, Abu Dhabi with a hybrid work model. 3–5 years CI experience preferred, Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt a plus, and a focus on safety, quality, delivery, and cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma emphasis is a plus.
• Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt preferred (or in progress).

Responsibilities

• Lead small improvement projects (A3/PDCA/DMAIC).
• Facilitate Kaizen workshops and implement improvements.
• Develop visual management, standard work, and training materials.
• Track KPIs and validate benefits with stakeholders.
• Structured problem solving; stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Utilize Six Sigma, lean tools to achieve cost savings and function improvements.
