Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor junior team members while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards on complex projects.
• Operate and maintain specialized machinery and equipment with a high degree of precision and efficiency.
• Interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute intricate tasks accurately.
• Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting on equipment failures, implementing effective repair solutions.
