Primary Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:

1. Interact with system and software engineering department to define and lead the integration and validation activities;
2. Interact with EE architect and Electrical Design Engineer for the harness specification;
3. Interact with vendors/subcontractors to define the SOW (scope of work) and review the products and artefacts;
4. Be able to understand the original vehicle documentation;
5. Build a Plan/strategy to reverse the vehicle to get CAN/LIN communication and electrical wiring details;
6. Deliver all defined artefacts needed for integration/adaptations/testing and homologation;
7. Define how every original system could achieve its mission without regression after electrification;
8. Use diagnostics methodologies for sensors and controllers;
9. Verify the wiring and use measurement devices for electrical checks;
10. Use in-house software for communication/diagnostic checks.

Desired Skills:

Candidate will be responsible for leading the activities around reverse engineering of the original internal combustion engine-based vehicle.

Experience Requirements:

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics engineering or related technical field required;
2. 7-10 years of experience in Electrical/Electronics/SW;
3. Minimum 3 years in Electric vehicles engineering;
4. Prior team management experience preferred;
5. Minimum 5 years in work experience in automotive domain;
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
7. Excellent organizational skills;
8. Team player and ready to integrate in a multicultural team environment;
9. Should be agile, bring new ideas and lead brainstorming sessions.
