Responsibilities

• Supervises daily restaurant operations and assists with menu planning.
• Maintains sanitation standards and assists servers on floor during peak times.
• Reviews staffing to meet guest service, operations, and financial objectives.
• Leads and coaches staff; develops goals and training plans.
• Ensures compliance with food & beverage policies and liquor laws.
• Oversees purchasing, invoices, and departmental financials.
• Handles guest feedback and delivers proactive guest service.
