Job summary

EDGE is seeking a Principle Engineer-Radar System to lead the design, development, integration, and qualification of advanced radar seeker systems for airborne and precision-guided applications.

You will provide technical leadership across RF/microwave, antenna, and signal processing disciplines, drive system-level testing, and mentor engineering teams in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of RF and Radar engineering experience with at least 2 years in technical leadership.
• Advanced expertise in radar theory, RF/microwave design, antennas, electromagnetics, and signal processing.
• Proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink, CST/HFSS, Microwave Office, and C/C++, plus RF test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of radar seeker systems, including RF/microwave front-ends and antennas.
• Develop and optimize radar signal processing algorithms for target acquisition and tracking.
• Lead system integration, ground and flight testing, verification, and qualification.
• Provide technical leadership through reviews, documentation, and mentoring.
