Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, construction management, or related field.
• 5 years of proven experience in quantity surveying or similar role.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for elevator installation and maintenance projects.
• Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee the preparation and management of contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Engage with suppliers and subcontractors for procurement of materials and services.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress and verify installations meet company standards and client specifications.
• Work closely with project managers and engineers to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Identify and assess potential risks related to project costs and timelines and develop risk management plans.
• Address and resolve any contractual or financial disputes in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all project-related documents.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in elevator technology and construction methods.
