Summary of Role: The Lead Quantity Surveyor will oversee surveying tasks throughout all project phases, ensuring accuracy, quality assurance, and compliance with established standards and protocols.

Responsibilities / Duties:

  1. Execute and oversee detailed surveying tasks and verify the accuracy through comprehensive quality assurance checks.
  2. Design and implement survey networks and verify compliance with project geometries and standards.
  3. Prepare and review technical drawings, calculations, and project progress reports to maintain consistency.
  4. Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure robust planning, accurate estimating, and timely reporting.
  5. Ensure adherence to project design specifications, safety guidelines, regulatory standards, and QA/QC requirements.

Skills / Qualifications:

  1. Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
  2. Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in quantity surveying and QA/QC.
  3. Familiarity with industry-standard software for surveying and reporting.
  4. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  5. Proactive in cross-functional coordination.
