Axiom is hiring a Head of Quant Strategy to build and lead an institutional-grade crypto funding arbitrage programme from the ground up.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has successfully run funding arbitrage and delta-neutral strategies, owning the strategy end-to-end—from design and capital deployment to risk and live PnL—while working closely with senior leadership and building the quant team around you.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in quantitative or systematic trading.
• 3+ years in crypto markets.
• Proven success running funding arbitrage, basis and delta-neutral strategies.
• Strong live trading track record with PnL ownership.
• Deep expertise in perpetual futures, market structure, execution costs and risk management.
• Strong Python and quantitative skills across statistics, time series, optimisation and research.

Aufgaben

• Own and scale profitable arbitrage strategies across spot, perpetuals and funding markets.
• Decide where to deploy capital, which venues to prioritise and when to scale.
• Build robust risk controls covering leverage, drawdowns, liquidation and exposure limits.
• Optimize execution and capital efficiency across CEX and DEX venues.
• Own live PnL and strategy performance, identifying when to scale, adjust or retire strategies.
• Lead and grow the quant team, working with Engineering to build a world-class trading operation.
