Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining high‑performance trading systems.
• Proven ability to translate researchers' prototypes into production quality code in C++/C# or similar.
• Strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures and multithreading; experience with latency-sensitive systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design of trading infra for quantitative strategies.
• Mentor and recruit a small team of developers and quants.
• Collaborate with researchers and traders to implement production-grade code.
• Develop backtesting, simulation, and data pipelines; ensure low latency and high reliability.
• Oversee deployment, monitoring, and risk checks across systems.
