Qualifications
- 8+ years of IT experience with a degree in CS/Engineering or related discipline.
- Proven ability to design scalable quality engineering solutions.
- Experience leading automation across testing layers and agile teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead quality engineering design and build for quality solutions across teams.
- Plan risk-based end-to-end testing across development stages.
- Develop and enforce quality standards across release trains.
- Collaborate with leadership to remove non-value work and drive efficiency.
- Champion automation, lean practices, and blameless post-mortems.
- Develop frameworks and tools to improve delivery quality and productivity.
- Coach engineers and guide teams in scaled agile practices.
- Provide reporting to demonstrate OKR progress at portfolio level.
