The key objectives for this role are
- Overseeing the design, development, and implementation of instrumentation and control systems to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Creating detailed design specifications, selecting appropriate systems, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.
- Providing guidance to the engineering team, conducting technical reviews, and ensuring the reliability and efficiency of control systems.
- Coordinating with vendors, clients, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration and quality.
- Developing and overseeing plans for testing and commissioning, ensuring proper calibration and functionality of equipment

Expected:
- Bachelor s Degree in QA Engineering as a minimum.
- At least 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects Design from Conceptual stage to Detailed Design Stage.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Lead Engineer position for a Major Greenfield/Brownfield Project FEED/Detailed Design.
- Proven experience in selecting Quality Assurance equipment, developing control strategies, and preparing specifications.
- Preferred candidates have expertise in control system design, including control loop design, field instrumentation (sensors, transmitters, actuators), and communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Foundation Fieldbus).
- Experience in managing a team of 50+ engineers.
- Experience in coordination of the satellite office teams and managing the productivity and quality.
- Must be self-motivated, results-oriented, multi-tasking and be flexible to work well under tight schedules in a fast-paced multi-disciplinary team environment
- Able to communicate in English both verbally and in writing with other disciplines & multinational work forces in an effective manner
- Knowledge of engineering work planning and control methods, inter-discipline coordination.
- Knowledge of related construction practices and the economics involved.

- Liaising with Third Party Inspection Agencies
