Job summary

Caliberly is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor in Dubai to oversee daily manufacturing operations for fire protection pump systems. You will supervise production teams, coordinate assembly, monitor schedules, and ensure quality and safety across the line.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in pump assembly, mechanical manufacturing, and a background in industrial equipment production. A result‑driven leader will drive efficiency and maintain targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years in manufacturing with supervisory experience.
• Experience in pump manufacturing or fire protection equipment is preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and BOMs and drive quality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to meet targets, schedules, and quality.
• Coordinate production for fire pumps and related components.
• Allocate manpower, machinery, tools, and materials by priority.
• Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and take corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to plans, drawings, work instructions, and SOPs.
• Maintain safety and quality through coordination with QA and engineering.
• Prepare production reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.
