Job summary

We Staffed is seeking a highly experienced psychiatrist to deliver comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for adult patients in Dubai. The role requires prescribing and monitoring psychotropic medications, leading multidisciplinary teams, and providing psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches.

Candidates should have MD/DO in Psychiatry, board certification, and at least five years in inpatient and outpatient settings.

Qualifications

• Medical degree with specialization in psychiatry from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in psychiatry, demonstrating advanced knowledge and clinical competency.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in psychiatric practice, adult mental health.
• Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments to develop accurate diagnoses and tailored treatment plans
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications monitoring for efficacy and potential side effects in a collaborative manner
• Lead multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure holistic patient care and effective communication among healthcare providers
• Provide psychotherapy and counseling to patients employing evidence-based approaches to enhance therapeutic outcomes
