As a seasoned professional in real estate and construction project management, you will lead complex projects from start to finish, ensuring excellence at every stage. You will be the key contact for clients and contractors, playing a pivotal role in strategic decision-making and business development. Based in Dubai, this position offers the chance to expand your influence, develop key accounts, and take significant steps toward a leadership role within our international team. • Lead complex real estate and construction projects - from initial concept through planning, execution, and handover
• Responsible for project objectives including quality, cost, risk, compliance and timeline
• Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary project teams, ensuring alignment across technical, commercial, and operational functions
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients and stakeholders, ensuring proactive communication and effective decision-making throughout the project lifecycle
• Drive client acquisition and business development activities, including preparation of offers, expansion of key accounts, and negotiation of contracts
• Represent the company externally and internally; actively contribute to strategic initiatives and the company's positioning in the UAE market
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, technical standards, and internal project governance processes

Qualifications

• A completed bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering, architecture, construction management, industrial engineering or related field
• Extensive experience in managing large-scale construction or real estate projects, leadership and management experience is an advantage
• Strong strategic and operational understanding of the entire planning and execution cycle in major real estate projects
• Confident in leading interdisciplinary project teams and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders at senior levels
• Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset with an independent, structured, and hands-on working style
• Excellent English skills (min. C1), Arabic is an advantage, further languages are welcomed
• Experience in an international setting and familiarity with European work culture preferred
